A trip down the memory lane, that's for sure.
So, a bit over half a decade ago (in case you're going "HOLY SHIT HAS IT BEEN 5 YEARS?", yes, yes it is), on Sept 6, 2020, IBP was released
Back then I kinda hated it because, uh, shottypes are cool but the cheapshot is too much, S5 boss theme is just World Yamatizer 2.0, and final boss sounds way worse than Horou. That's.....basically it.
Looking back at what happened....holy FUCK it has been a while.
Shortly after that (so, literally on Sept 7, 2020, had the craziest banger ass shit to a school year ever. 8th grade had a lot of shit going on. 2nd wave of quarantine is fairly fun. Summer 2021 was certainly a thing. 9th grade has a lot of cool shit, the tests were buncha fun stories, then I got into highschool, and a bunch of other shits that is worth, like, five million more words (I mean, even the raw amount of words I've typed during my highschool years is already something like 2M, because like hell I wrote a lot and messaged a lot).
And now I'm already here, one foot into university n shit.

Kinda crazy to think that five years has passed and too many things has changed....and there hasn't been a new Kaisendo shump in FUCKING FOREVER.
Deadass speaking IBP was released halfway throughout my secondary school years, I've graduated from highschool and there hasn't been any new demos. At all. Weird. (Looking around in r/touhou, it doesn't look like they've disbanded or something, just that.......very likely that they've also grown up, out of making games, or something like that).
Man, that sure was something.
We had TLC, MPP, RSS, BoSM, HSoB and IBP, so 6 games. No new games yet, again, weird.
(Yes, my fangame pipeline began with BoSM, something something "TLB that summons previous final bosses". That eventually lead me to SoHW, and if you can spare some time to read the description for the video I had for its 3rd anniversary, you should get how influential SoHW was for me. (If you're asking, 2.5 years after that I went even further than that btw, can't imagine how insane life was changing).
That is to say, half a decade is a hell lot
By the way, that run from 2021 was like.......it was literally like a chicken with its head cut off or some shit. Too much of a mess. With this run, like, I think it should be pretty clear that I"m much better at games nowadays. Probably
