Best recommendations I can give is to have Dying Wish on Quick Revive, No Elemental Pop to avoid Brain Blocking attacks, and make sure to have Vampirism on Melee Machiatto so you can heal with the sword. Then just Mangler spam once you have enough to get to 100. Easy Peasy.
