To summarize for most games,

Open Reshade_Setup.exe
Point to Game.exe
Select DX or OpenGl Version
Once complete Open Depth3d-Master and copy SuperDepth3d.fx to Game Install Dir (beside EXE)
Launch Game, Hit Shift+F2
Add Profile, call it anything
Select SuperDepth3d.fx
Done

If your Game is pre dx 8, Then open DG Voodoo, copy the Contents of the MS Folder to your Root Game Directory
Laungh dgVooDooSetup.exe, point to the game and click Apply then OK.

That Game will Have a Wrapper that Wraps into another Wrapper basicly making the wrapper for 3D thinking the game is compatible. (works well)

Then (Or first steps if game was not older than dx 8)
Run Reshade, Point to Game exe, select Render for that Game ( example, Skyrim is DX9, Fallout is DX 10+ (its actually 11) and The Forest is Open GL )
Select No or Yes to the popups ( no works so use no, just asking to add extra stuff for options)

Then Open Depth3d-Master copy a Shader ( SuperDepth3d.fx is the one that always seems to work)
Open the Game
If done correctly you will see a banner somewhere saying some errors or what not

Hit Shift+F2
Add (+) beside the Bar,
Call it anything.
Select the SuperDepth3d.fx
Enable it,

BOOM SBS 3D
