1During her escape, Alice goes into a portal that takes her into Helheim, where she is immediately attacked.
After losing her arm in the attack, she is swiftly rescued by Dr. Henrick Andersson (CEO of BORR CORP)
After waking from her ordeal from the attack in Helheim, Dr. Henrick Andersson, and his wife, Sara, (who is talking to them through comms) informs Alice that of who they are, and that Sara is on the surface while her husband and Alice are trapped below. They tell her they will keep her informed through comms during her quest on a need-to-know basis. Dr. Andersson also informs Alice that he has replaced her arm with a prosthetic called Jarngreipr, which will help her on her quest.
