Arcturus: The Curse and Loss of Divinity Korean RPG developed by Gravity and Sonnori (Ragnarok Online) and published by Falcom in Japanese, with the English translation mod applied.

The final dungeon of the game takes place in a 'futuristic city' which ultimately was reminiscent of Seoul in South Korea. I have no idea where this was supposed to fit in on this world, but let's go with it. Also features the final showdown with Cardinal Bjorn (because the story finally remembered he existed).

The flying weapons are supposed to be the Apostiles which are Wireframe monsters drawn in DirectX, but you can't see them. Technology marches on, and all that.

Special note: If Sizz isn't in the active party when you fight Bjorn the first time, the game crashes. It works fine if you don't in the second battle. Sloppy coding.
