Why can't ti connect to Jackbox?
Make sure the browser you're using has cookies and JavaScript enabled. Try again on a separate browser. Disable any ad blocking software (they don't always play nice with Jackbox.tv) Disable any browser extensions that may be affecting your cookies or your browsing history (such as the Evernote chrome extension)
Is Jackbox offline?
Just like on other platforms, you will use your phone or tablet as a controller to play the games by going to http://Jackbox.tv. Do you need an Internet connection to play? Yes. Even though the Nintendo Switch is portable, you'll still need to be on WiFi to play The Jackbox Party Pack 3

If your game is connected to our servers, but you can’t connect your other devices to the game, here are a few solutions you can try:
Refresh your web page
Make sure the browser you’re using has cookies and JavaScript enabled
Try again on a separate browser
Disable any ad blocking software (they don’t always play nice with Jackbox.tv)
Disable any browser extensions that may be affecting your cookies or your browsing history (such as the Evernote chrome extension)
Clear the cache, cookies, and history from your web browser, then close your web browser and reopen it (don’t do this while a game is running, or you won’t be able to rejoin!) (see Clearing Browser Cache and Cookie Data for further info!)
Reboot your router
