When Ark Rex goes to town in search of a coffee at Starbucks, this is what happens !

Using a slightly modified version of the City Sample map from Epic with Ultra Dynamic Sky for lighting & weather effects and the Ark Rex from Ark's Modkit.

Rendered on my Intel I5 12400 with 32Gb of RAM and an RTX 3060 with DLSS 2.0 enabled at 40FPS.
