This stage was rough, but was not as difficult as S-3 CM. But honestly, this was a daunting stage when I initially tried and cleared the Normal Mode. Though after some trials and errors, I noticed that it's not too complex.
This strategy focuses on killing the big threats: Cars and the Dancers. The Cars MUST be destroyed before it goes to the tunnel, which means keeping the Carnevale up just enough to bait the Cars. And the Dancers have to be killed before they do too much damage to the launcher, but it's fine if they do a bit of damage (especially for second phase).
Vulpis can take care of the top lane to guard the tunnel exit. And FYI, the tile adjacent to the top Blue Box is safe from Phase One Lappy's normal attack (the area and global attack target the last deployed Operator or Mlynar if he's on the field). Then most of the other Operators are gonna congregate on the right side of the Firework Launche. Mlynar and Narantuya focuses on Lappy. Logos is the sweeper for the Dancers and Cars. There are also some redeployments here and there..
I couldn't one-cycle Lappy's second phase again, and I think she only goes counter-clockwise once. Thus, I had to brute-force through her damage reduction when she goes in the range of my Operators again..

I can see the potential of a 6 Ops non-limited clear..
