The main highlight is taking advantage of the AI's limited detection range and the ability of the LIC-10 cannon to one shot MT's. The hidden AC part, MWC-OC/30 orbit cannon, in the crashed plane is not shown, but can be quickly collected after the MT's stop respawning. If you're wondering about the turning around while sniping on top of the building, this is because the game will not spawn MT's if you look at the spawn location. If you don't turn away from the spawn points you will just slow the mission down.

Destroying the MT's quickly (8 kills in 1 minute 40 seconds) causes two enemy AC's to appear, and award you with the CHD-MISTEYE head part. Neither are difficult. The first AC, a tank will slowly follow and shoot EN weapons. It's easily killed with enough ammo. The second AC is a biped with solid weapons. It will frequently jump and then land without using boosters, locking it into an animation. This is easily punished with heavy weapons.
