"Arthur Christmas" - Movie Review
From the studio that brought you "Wallace & Gromit", "Chicken Run", "Early Man" and "Shaun the Sheep" comes a holiday movie taking place in the North Pole where, as we all know when we were young kids heard from various versions of the fabled bedtime story, Santa Claus delivers presents to the good boys and girls every Christmas, except with something new added to the whole ordeal: It's actually a top-secret operation with high-class elves who take that familiar task and making it much like a spy/espionage-type mission to do that in minutes! But when they did forget one more present to one more child out of hundreds of millions all around the world, it's up to Santa's youngest son, Arthur (James McAvoy), to step up to the plate and deliver that present to that young kid before Christmas Morning dawns. Join him, his grandpa (Bill Nighy) and the female elf, Bryony (Ashley Jensen), as they travel the whole world to get that present delivered before it's too late in their latest animated feature from Aardman Animations, "Arthur Christmas". Now on DVD, Blu-ray and Digital HD for you to own.
