Presentation of the Game :
Assassin's Creed Odyssey is an action-adventure and role-playing video game, developed by Ubisoft Quebec and published by Ubisoft on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It was released a year later on Stadia. It belongs to the Assassin's Creed series.
The game, which will be released in October 2018, is the sequel to the previous Assassin's Creed Origins installment. The game is set 382 years earlier, in ancient Greece, in the 5th century BC, and during the Peloponnesian War.
Assassin's Creed Odyssey is an indirect sequel to the previous installment. In the present tense, the player always follows Layla Hassan, a member of the Assassins who explores the memory of the first Assassins. On the other hand, the action takes place during the Peloponnesian War in 431 BC, 382 years before the story of Bayek recounted in Origins and is centered on the first civilization. The player embodies one of the descendants of Leonidas, Kassandra or Alexios. Note that the choice of character does not influence the game scenario.

The player is a mercenary and will be able to fight for Athens and the League of Delos or the Peloponnesian League led by Sparta.
Layla Hassan (Chantal Riley) finds the Spear of Leonidas and extracts two DNA from it, those of Alexios (Michael Antonakos) and Kassandra (Melissanthi Mahut). After extracting the memory of one of the two, she begins to explore it in the Animus to find the Staff of Hermes, one of the Fragments of Eden.
