This is a quick step by step guide on how to disable and turn off AT&T Stream Saver. When Stream Saver is "On" it lowers the quality of the video you watch to 480P. My walkthrough will allow you to watch videos on AT&T's mobile network as high quality as you wish. Stream saver is on by default watch my video to turn it off!
