Athos, Canas and Eliwood OHKOs the fire dragon
324I went through the whole game just to make this video. Yes, they are the only ones who are able to do it.
Hector can't OHKO the dragon due to supports. Sadly.
What you will need:
Athos (with Luna), Canas (with Luna), Eliwood (with Durandal), Nils (with Filla's Might) and any characters that are used as their supports.
Stats for the characters:
Athos: None (He will join the party during the final chapter as a Level 20 Archsage, so you can't train him. However, you can give him some Secret Books to get the tiny bit of critical rate.)
Canas: 29Mag. 26Skill. At least a B Support with anyone. S Rank in Dark. For those who are lazy to RNG abuse to get a critical, get Canas to support with Bartre, Nino or Vaida.
Eliwood: 27 Strength. 26 Skill.
A Support with Lyn, Fiora, Lowen or Harken.
B support with Hector, Lyn, Fiora, Lowen or Harken. S Rank in Sword. Extreme RNG abuse.
(6% is the highest he can get while using Durandal).
Thor's Ire cannot stack with Filla's Might, so even if Eliwood gets a 16% critical, but his damage will be 31 instead, which makes him unable to OHKO the dragon.
