STEPS TO MAKE SERVER:
1. Changing your ip address to a static ip address.
Download this program:

a.) Install PF Setup Static IP Address.
b.) Run PF Setup Static IP Address.
c.) Your network will be analyzed. You can then click "Make it Static" to change your IP address to static. The Program takes care of the rest.
d.) Copy down the address that appears in the IP Address field. Mine for this we will call 12.12.12.12.
2. Enable port forwarding on your wireless router to setup your server.

(NOTE: This is where steps get different. What needs to be done from here SOLEY depends on your own wireless router. I'm just going to show you the steps I had to take from here, but yours may be slightly different, depending on what router you have.)
a.) Find the manufacturer of your wireless router on the list. Click it.
b.) You'll see an ad. Close it.
c.) Select the model number on your router now. The model number should be on your Wireless Router. Mine is WNR3500. Find it on the list, and click it.
d.) You will then see a list of games. The game does not matter. Lets pick the first one for the hell of it.
e.) On this page, you will have to enter in your static ip address you made from step 1-d.) Once tyou enter it in, just scroll down, no need to press enter or anything.
f.) From here, the steps you must take to port forward differs GREATLY between different routers and model numbers. Follow the steps on the rest of the page as acurately as you can. I wouldn't be able to help you much here cause my routers steps are probably totally different from yours. :(
If you were able to set up port forwarding to your router, good stuff! The port number that you were given at the bottom of the page are the ones you'll need to run your server. If you had to forward more than one port from the instructions, then just use the first one. This is the port number you give to people to access your server. We will use port 80 for the sake of this tutorial.
In terms of the ip address you give to people to access your server, it's different from the static ip we've had.
Go to http://www.whatsmyip.org/ to check your actual ip for your computer. THIS will be the ip you give people to access your server. For this tutorial, my ip will be 69.69.69.666
Now that you've set up port forwarding, the final details to give to people to access your server are now complete. In this tutorial, for our examples, our IP and Port have become:
IP: 69.69.69.666
PORT: 80
3. Playing the game!
a.) Open the game, then click LAN, then server.
b.) Fill in the server details to your preference. But put in the port number that you forwarded. In this tutorial, ours was 80.
c.) Click Start, and your server will rev up. This is the ONLY period where people will be able to join your game. Once you click start on this screen, then the server gateway will be closed for players to join until you refresh the page and reload the server again.
