I'm sick of repeating myself in the comments so let me lay it out to you guys.
THIS IS ABOUT GAMES BEING PROTECTED UNDER THE 1ST AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION. GAMES ARE NOT GOING TO BE BANNED (yet). THIS IS ONLY A POSSIBILITY IF VIDEO GAMES ARE NOT PROTECTED BY THE 1st AMENDMENT OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION.
What does this mean? It means that, until the Supreme Court decides that Video Games ARE or ARE NOT protected under 1st Amendment rights... stop jumping the gun and misinterpreting what me and the article are telling you. DO NOT FREAK OUT... there will be plenty of time for that if things turn out bad in this regard. Instead, sign the petition, tell your friends about the video, etc...and above all else, DO NOT ACT LIKE FLAMING IDIOTS at those who oppose having 1st Amendment Rights for Video Games.

I don't normally show myself..ever. But this...this is too important to me, to YOU and all of US. The fate of how Video Games will be in the United States hangs in the balance and WE need to defend what we love.

Sign the petition and make it known, YOU are a gamer and Video Games are Art, They are 1st Amendment Protected and they WILL NOT be threatened by such bullshit thinking saying otherwise.
