The demo didn't come out great so it'll be released later.
The arpasing phonemizer in OpenUtau does not have any phonemes outside arpasing's defaults, and any extras would need to be written in manually. I found the 'ea' phoneme helpful because I'm often cycling through all the different 'ae's to try and find the sound I want.
There are (afaik) enough regular 'd' sounds that changing the ones from the template to 'dd' won't affect the phonemizer trying to use regular d's, and are purely extras.
I didn't go into complete detail about everything to do with oremo and setparam. Some of the stuff I explained are basics because I tried to cover things I thought might be relevant just to be thorough, but I made the guide with the assumption that it wasn't completely necessary.
