ANOTHER GREAT EXERCISE:
Another great exercise is repeated extension of the back in standing: Put your hands on the sides of your hips or your bottom and lean back. Only do it if it feels good and doesn't cause pain This exercise can be repeated over and over if it's relieving your pain. (You can also lean back to one side with some rotation to get even more of a stretch.)

In some cases flexion/bending forward is better for pain relief. It's important to see a qualified licensed medical professional (e.g. a physician and/or a physical therapist) for a diagnosis and/or assessment to know what exercises are best for you.

Both Subnautica: Below Zero & Viewfinder are really great games when you explore them for a bit and figure out the core mechanics. Definitely recommend playing them.
