Banjo-Tooie SEVERELY Disappointed Me (Rare Replay #5)
0Banjo-Tooie is the fifth game to be featured in my Rare Replay series. And unfortunately it did not turn out so great.
Banjo-Tooie was initially released in late 2000 on the Nintendo 64--less than a year before the Nintendo Gamecube came out. It serves as the direct sequel to Banjo-Kazooie. It was re-released on Xbox 360 in 2009, and this video conveys the re-released version.
In this video, I condense the first 40 minutes of the game into about half the length and detail my many initial criticisms after playing the game for the first time. I was expecting it to be a little bit below Banjo-Kazooie, but it went well past that threshold and not in a good way. And next episode of this series doesn't look any more promising.
