Banned Footage Vol 1 REVIEW (Should You Buy It?) | Resident Evil 7 DLC (PSVR) | Shotana Studios
Banned Footage Vol. 1 is also available on Xbox One and PC on February 21st. Along with Vol 2 .
I simply cannot get enough of RE7, and now that the DLC has come out, I can satisfy my hunger for more. But is it filling?
Here is my quick review and honest thoughts of the Resident Evil VII: Biohazard DLC: Banned Footage Vol. 1 . Which is comprised of three different pieces of content:
Bedroom
You wake up tied to a bed with one of Marguerite Baker’s disgusting dishes in front of you. Your job is to escape this “bedroom turned prison cell” without Marguerite noticing you. This story chapter is directly connected with the main story of the game.
Nightmare
In a basement infested with hungry Molded, your one option is to blast your way through them. You’ll have to dodge around them and keep shooting, trying to survive until morning. It’s basically Horde mode, but the chapter does connect to the main story.
Ethan Must Die
This additional game mode isn’t a story chapter, so it doesn’t connect to the game. Also, it doesn’t support PSVR. Instead, it’s a completely separate scenario. This time around, you’ll have to survive in a remade Baker house. It’s a “trap-laden house of horrors designed to kill any intruder”. This will be the ultimate test of your survival horror skill.
Three different pieces of content! Is it worth it? Well lets find out!
It retails for $9.99 here in NA.
