The Blind Justice challenge mode from Batman Arkham City, played using a flight stick and mouse control combo.

By default you can only use either a gamepad or a keyboard and mouse to control most games, but I use keyboard emulation so I can map as many functions in a game as I can to a flight stick instead.

I play most games this way, it takes a bit of extra effort to set them up to work with my controller of choice through emulation, but I think it adds a bit of an arcade style element to them.
