How to do:

1. Go to the last map of the Initiation DLC, enter this code (you don't need to fight anyone, just make sure the level is loaded):
set RAddContentPlayerCharacterMesh BodyMesh SkeletalMesh'DLC1_Lady_Shiva.Mesh.DLC1_Lady_Shiva_Body'

2. The body mesh is loaded, now - the mask. Use the save file that's included with the .tpf, continue the Cold, Cold Heart DLC and enter the whole code there:
set RAddContentPlayerCharacterMesh BodyMesh SkeletalMesh'DLC1_Lady_Shiva.Mesh.DLC1_Lady_Shiva_Body' | set RAddContentPlayerCharacterMesh MainMesh SkeletalMesh'Barbara_OZ.Mesh.Barbara_Head' | set RAddContentPlayerCharacterMesh DisableHeadDepthBias True | set RAddContentPlayerCharacterMesh bUseDamageMeshes False | set RAddContentPlayerCharacterMesh bUseShockGloves False

(remove all -s, again)

Now, it should be done, just go to free-roam or story and apply the meshes.
