I like how the thing I explicitly suggested basically got done, but in a way that no longer works because they lowered the cost of the pulsar/torps. If you were limited to 4 ships with 8 torpedoes, the faction would still be a bit too strong as is, but it'd be much weaker. I also keep saying their carriers suck and frankly while they still do, steps in the right direction.
