This Video Capture Card is CHEAP. Under $10!
Want to start streaming or capture footage? You can't really go wrong with this.
Maybe only a few frames of latency in the capture software, so you could theoretically play this in your editor.

Using this on a Windows 10 x64 machine.
This stick is apparently compatible with Windows and MacOS.
