Biggest Secrets in God of War Ragnarok: Nidhogg, Ratatosk, Fenrir (GoW Ragnarök)
Secrets revealed in God of War Ragnarok. In Old Norse, there is a Yggdrasil world tree that holds the nine Worlds of the cosmos. Ratatosk is a squirrel that inhabits the world tree, and passes messages between the eagles at the top and a dragon called Nidhogg at the bottom eating at the roots of Yggdrasil. In early manuscripts and texts of this lore, you can examine various visual depictions of these entities and compare them to Santa Monica Studios's graphical version. Video uses the AM 738 4to digitized manuscript (1680) located at The Arni Magnusso Institute for Icelandic Studies (in Reykjavik, Iceland) for Old Norse historical visual representation. Fenrir (giant dog owned by Atreus) is also compared. Gameplay from PlayStation 5 (PS5) version of God of War Ragnarok (GoW Ragnarök). #godofwarragnarok
