In this video I detail my opinion into why I use SMG's and what attachments/perks I go along with them.

I am using:
Gun: MPL
Attachments: Rapid fire (more damage per second), grip (less kick back, more accurate)
Perk 1: Scavenger (pro preferably, picks up loads of bullets)
Perk 2: Warlord (for the attachments)
Perk 3: Tactical Mask (pro preferably, less effects from flashbangs/concussions)

Of course there's other builds. A lot of people recommend using dual mag on the MPL since it has the opportunity to do so, so you wouldn't need scavenger and could put the first perk on something else.
