Blade of God is a 3D action game that's clearly inspired by the God of War saga. This time, you get to control a mysterious character that's armed with a scythe. Your objective here is to advance through a setting that's full of monsters and get rid of them in the most brutal way possible.

Controls in Blade of God is the usual one for the genre. On the left side of the screen, you'll find the movement control stick, and to the right, you'll find the action buttons including the basic attack and three special attacks. At times, you'll also have to use the button to start the 'finisher'. With this special, you'll see how your protagonist gets rid of his enemy in the cruelest way possible.

It is important to keep in mind that this is a trial version, so you can only play on the first level. That being said, in this first level, you can and will face two giant bosses who'll test your scythe skills. You'll also face several other enemies as well as a barrier that'll block your path (which you'll have to destroy). Your journey will, of course, look like a demonic scene, straight out of the Diablo saga.

Blade of God is an action game that includes absolutely amazing visuals that reminisce of other great games such as God of War or Devil May Cry. Controls are also really accurate and well-adapted to touchscreens, which is an important aspect of this type of game.
