For anyone that's wondering, I used a program called DAIN, which is something you can use to create smoother videos with interpolation.
The quality of the 60fps video is at 480p, I do apologise, my computer couldn't render it in DAIN at 1080p so I had to downscale the resolution.

Looking back at the footage for the first time was REALLY WEIRD at first but it looked really good being this smooth. Blinx did run at 60 FPS BUT only in the Menu screens and the Shop. Gameplay was locked to 30 FPS.

PLEASE MICROSOFT GIVE BLINX A 60 FPS OPTIMISATION PATCH I BEG YOU.
