The key to winning is the bloonjitsu 4/1 ninja and a 1/2 sniper. If you want to make it to 666 eco easily, you will have to have faith in RNG that the bloonjitsu ninja alone will clean up the three camo regen rainbow bloons and sell the 1/2 sniper as soon as the bloons prior to them are gone (this took me over 50+ tries to get the RNG right AND to get exactly 666 eco before the two minute mark of the end of the event. For the beginning, it is crucial to have two 3/0 dart monkeys on last placed in a way that the spike-o-pults can shoot down a straight line.
