The group meets up with Orpheus, who has more than a bit of beef against Gloria.

Boss: Orpheus Tragoidia - HP: 10,640 / Weaknesses: Ice, Spears, Bows / Family: Humanoid
Counters: Magical Attacks & Restorative Magic (uses Lilting Lullaby)
- For those who played the Final Demo, he has the same stats.
- Depending on how fast your team is, you may be able to enter the battle before Orpheus goes ham and defensively buffs up his side while driving himself into the negative numbers.
- You must deal with his mooks quickly before he has a chance to keep buffing them up, turning them into lasting threats. Consider using the Monk's skills to deal as much damage as possible.
- Even after you remove all the monsters, Orpheus will change to a different strategy. He will buff himself up, strike one target at a time, or use Stone (an item you can use too, though he has an infinite supply) to deliver up to 300 HP of damage to all un-Defaulted party members. You must keep a close eye on your side's HP. Keep an eye on when he Defaults to avoid wasting actions.
- Notably, he can counter your mages' attempts to heal or attack by putting them to sleep...and if said mages were using a bunch of BP but had actions left to do before being put to sleep, all that BP will be lost, so procure using one action at a time. You can completely avoid this annoyance by equipping a White Veil on your mages, though. Not being prepared for this can make the battle much more difficult.
- He will also start using Breezy Jam; a damaging Wind spell that hits one target.
Bard
- This job specializes in providing buffs to the party.
- Its first Specialty "Extended Outro" allows its buffs to last an extra turn (as long as this is the main job).
- Bards can wield daggers, bows, and staves the best, though those reach B rank only. As such, they should rarely be used for offensive purposes.
