Also, a request was made for data relating to citadel fines and the SEC denied the request aas it could interfere with ongoing investigations, this means that Citadel is being investigated by the SEC!

Jackson Hunter (twitter linked above) requested data from the SEC relating to Citadel's past history of fines. The request was just denied by the SEC as it could interfere with ongoing investigations!
This coupled with the effective date for NSCC-2021-010 suggests to me that the SEC is getting ready to bring down the hammer.
The Street also posted a very bullish article on how dark pool regulation could cause the AMC squeeze which I absolutely agree with also.
Gary Gensler posted the CNBC deleted clip to his twitter which I think shows Gary is on our side, but, obviously, we need some actual action being taken, not just 'false promises'
