breaking out of a rut is not linear. (a video diary)
16,126lately, I've been feeling the effects of the lack of healthy routines in my life, so I decided to take a week and do an "experiment" - forcing myself into healthy habits (cooking good meals, exercising, productivity, morning & night routines) and evaluating how I felt after. I had intended to wrap this week & video up in a nice little bow, completely "fixed" from my rut, but that didn't happen (shocker). Let this be a reminder to you that you are a work in progress and THAT IS OKAY.
