Bristles for Atari 8-bit was an early game from Fernando Herrera of First Star Software, who had previously brought the Atari 8-bit world the wonderful multidirectional shoot 'em up Astro Chase. Like his prior work, Bristles became well known for its excellent audio-visual presentation and solid gameplay -- and this time around, it was also noteworthy for its original concept, placing you not in the role of a galaxy-saving hero, but a humble painter and decorator. That's not to say your life in the world of Bristles will be boring, mind...

Played on The400 Mini. Bristles will work on pretty much any Atari 8-bit, including the Atari 400, Atari 800, Atari XL range and Atari XE range.
