This is my final video on Vsauce's "white face, black face" illusion created by Akiyoshi Akitaoka.

The illusion description: "Both face are the same luminance." This means both faces are the same shade of grey in this case despite how they appear.

My issue is with the low quality compression afforded by YouTube's "Short" video feature being used to display an illusion like this. Ultimately, the illusion breaks down due to video compression. We'll see if 1440p60 YouTube videos can keep compression artifacts to a minimum.
