This level is obscenely difficult. It's one of the hardest things I've done in my entire life, and it's not even the hardest level in this game, not by a long shot. The hardest levels in Scythe 2 make this level look like a cakewalk.

This level took me ages, so I'm uploading it in two parts. Works out nicely, since I recorded it on two different days over the course of like 90 minutes playing.
