Build muscle and burn fat faster by OPTIMIZING your sleep!
1. Exposure to sunlight can help with Vitamin D production and help regulate your circadian rhythm.
2. Turn off or reduce light about 2 hours before be. I like to use salt lamps for this as it’s easy on the eyes and it helps with sleep.
3. Avoid eating anything about 2 hours before bed, so you give your body time to digest your food.
4. Turn down the temperature and sleep in a cool room. I promise you will fall asleep faster and have better quality sleep.
5. Shut out all the light entering your room and sleep in a pitch black room.
6. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every single day. EVEN ON THE WEEKENDS!
