6I've seen good, bad, funny bad, and just plain ugly. This is a joint package of very bad and ugly.
The music consists of four notes for a couple of seconds, the graphics are badly-coloured, animation is pants, and controls are slow and unresponsive (I can't even throw the shot-put, hammer, or discus!).
Originally released in 1984 by A&F (those guys who gave us the great Chuckie Egg games) and apparently even re-released as "Olympic Spectacular" by Alternative Software in 1987. ADVERT: https://archive.org/details/commodore-user-magazine-11/page/n65/mode/2up
