Gameplay starts at 3:15 after the cool Matt Gray music. You have to make your way through each level dodging bullets, shooting outlaws, and without touching anything on the floor except for the coins. Also, don’t shoot horses or women as this damages your legal status. Tread carefully and slowly or you're dead meat.

I’m not sure how to get the horse-head bonus mentioned at the end. I had to disable the sprite-collision in the Ghost Town sections as there’s no way of shooting or avoiding the ghosts, because of not enough disposable lives to beat it.
