4:05 There are no Black Tables... That card specifies the type of table, in this instance a Square Table

12:52 And forgot to remove the 2 markers in the Grey tables also (he only wants White Tables)

13:27 The chair in the left of the Big rectangle white table is also blue and should have a marker there
And also there's a blue chair with a marker from Richard, at the Grey table at the top, and since no one is actually sitting there Jen should have a marker there also because it's a blue chair

16:14 It's not Celebrities that make the track advance... it's ALL visitors, meaning Celebrities and Guests (from the players)...
If it was only celebrities the game would take forever literally because the game (in a 3 or 4 player game) ends when the 21th visitor is placed in the cafe and since there's only 16 celebrities there was no way to end the game :p
In a 2P game it can end earlier if one player places all 6 of his Guests

22:32 Actually, those other markers shouldn't be there as I pointed out previously and when Richard knocked the other marker to seat Klint, there should only be one marker for that client of Jen and so he should be sat down also but Jen wouldn't score the immediate points because he wasn't sat in her turn.
But Jen could also hurt Richard, because that meant she would be able to play her bonus card in the next round and if she could also seat another visitor he 1st hour of the café would be over and Richard would miss a chance to play one of his bonus cards...
It's very important to have the markers well placed!

Also Forgot to advance the Steward to be equal to the number of Visitors at the Café... at this time it would be 6
