I just bought this game and have around 20 minutes played, and only 4 matches. If they don't refund me, or fix this shadow ban I will be taking legal action against them. They refused my refund request when I had only 15 minutes played, I repealed that and added more info as to why I repealed.. I am waiting on their reply back atm. Whatever system they have in place is ruining this game and I am surprised there arent more lawsuits against shitty developers like these guys. Who wants to buy a game and not be able to even play it? this is the first COD game i have purchased or played in many years... Its also going to be my very last.
