3) Choose Erase and restart your Quest
4) Or open the Meta Quest app from your phone
5) Go to Menu & select Devices
6) Choose your headset here
7) Go to Advanced Settings
8) Tap on Factory Reset
9) Confirm the changes
10) This way, you can perform a hard reset on Oculus.
