Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply
- "Leaking" Thermometers (non-standard!): The digits on a thermometer strictly increase from the bulb end, except they are broken at one location, marked by a red circle and a greater than symbol. At that broken location, the digit decreases by exactly 1 (across the greater than symbol). Digits from the broken location strictly increase again from that new value, as if the red circle starts a new thermometer.
