Libra Bizzare Adventure - Bloody Mist
Allied forces continue their push towards the Mental Omega Device. With Yuri in Moscow, it is up to you to lead the defense of the HQ Fortress - Rahn and his forces are prepearing for the assault on Allied positions surrounding the Tower, but your task will be different - you need to aid Libra in reaching a specially prepared device by Yuri to counter the Paradox Engine.
I love this mission. Its one of greatest creations in Mental Omega and i will continue to praise the execution of it. You're given a replayable mission with Libra as your one hero unit - it resembles Yuriko missions from RA3 Uprising and i really liked those.
Let's explain the build. For this recording i decided to theorycraft the most optimal build to allow me to deal with all phases effectively. Thus i decided to move on with 3 Mental and 2 Power boosts - Mental abilities provide Malver like suppresion field that grows in power (level 1), Omega Blast ability, healing Libra and killing infantry (level 2) and upgrade to it, causing it to work on defenses and vehicles (level 3). Power abilities however provide increased regeneration rate (level 1) and increased damage/particle field around Libra (level 2). With those abilities you can easily disable chronoshifted groups of enemy forces, heal in between combat effetctively, take out Fortress with ease and finally help with Chrono Legionaires in part 2. Mental Abilties become less useful mid-Norio fight, where there are no enemies to use Omega Blast on. unless you can get close, Suppresion field is still active.
Hints for each part - be wary of Flares showcasing the usage of enemy Support Powers, do not stand in one place, Keep Omega Blast active for enemy CLegs if you can, during Norio fight just move in circles and try to get out of max range, after which return to deliver couple of hits.
