2As said in the beginning of the video, first and foremost, make a save state during the end credits of your Arcade Mode run in Red Earth / Warzard to ensure you can keep loading until you eventually get the Shooting Star trophy.
To summon Mobi-chan, hold Square (on PS4/PS5) and he'll appear at the bottom of the screen. You move him around with the Left Analog Stick and fire with Triangle.
Holding Triangle does charged shots to get rid of full names/titles. You must get rid of AT LEAST 50% to get the Shooting Star Trophy.
