Nintendo ruffled a few feathers, especially in the creator space, when they sent out a massive amount of take down notices for people making mods for their games. Capcom could be following suit.

During a Street Fighter 6 tournament a player showed up with modded Chun Li, who was wearing a lot less then her character normally should. For this, it seems Capcom may change their let it be policy towards mods.
