Errors WILL happen while you try to receive this event. With 95,000 subscribers, a ton of people are downloading the event at the same time. The Wi-Fi servers for Pokemon Black and White are packed with people battling, trading, and using the GTS. Below are descriptions for the error codes along with an explanation for why it might be happening. This is for the curious people out there.
Error Code 52100 - This Error Message is Typically Caused By a Basic Setting In Your Router, Such as Transmission Rate. (My Router Might Not Be Strong Enough To Support All The Incoming Connections From You Guys, It Would Be Best To Try At a Later Time When Less People Are Downloading)
Error Code 51099 - It Appears That The Settings Entered Into The Nintendo DS Are Not Compatible. (Make Sure You Have Wi-Fi Before You Try This Event. If You Don't Have a Connection Set Up Beforehand, This Will Not Work For You. This Is The Internet, Not Magic)
Error Code 13275 - The Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Is Currently Experiencing Problems Due To A High Amount Of Players, Or Is Temporarily Down. Please Try Again Later. (This Is Self-explanatory)
Error Code 20100 - The Nintendo DS Is Unable To Connect To An Access Point. What To Do Will Depend On Where You Are Connecting From.
