An easy one, as long as you know how to cut the corners you will beat the developer time with a significant margin. Also executing the zombie glitch works well here in this level too, though you shouldn't activate the said glitch in the death route.

I'm very happy for my current time for now as I had beaten the developer time by a significant margin. Maybe I'll aim for subbing 22 seconds for my next run.
