Fate/Extra CCC (フェイト／エクストラ CCC) is a sequel and companion game for Fate/Extra. As with its predecessor, the game will be developed by Imageepoch in collaboration with Type-Moon. Kinoko Nasu will be writing the scenario, and Takashi Takeuchi will be the character designer, while Rco Wada will be doing the illustrations.

The game is set after a failed Holy Grail War; the story is a not a direct continuation of Extra, but something more similar to a Sakura route like the Rin and Rani routes of Extra. Alternately, given the stated tone of the sequel, it has been described as a kind of "Heaven's Feel" route for the setting.
Shifting the stage of the fight from the "near side" of the moon where Extra took place, CCC has been described as taking place on the "far side" (Sakura's Labyrinth). The setting is similar, but a fatal error has occurred in the Moon Cell ultra-computer that generated the virtual world seen in Extra.
