В целом работает неплохо, но чтобы все нормально запустилось и проигрывались видеоролики нужно использовать cemuhook. В ингейм нужно принудительно ограничивать фпс на 30 (иначе игра будет идти ускоренно). И также в настройках игры нужно переключить пункт:
WiiU GamePad - Sync with TV - Partial Sync (!)
