As COVID-19 restrictions loosen in central and eastern Europe, credit unions will have to adjust to the "new normal" and what that means for their employees, members and communities.

This Regional Credit Union Center (RCUC) and World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) webinar examined how some credit unions have prepared for this transition and provide lessons on what others should expect and how they can adapt to dealing with the end of lockdowns.

The webinar featured presentations from:
• Mark White, President and CEO, Smart Money Cymru Credit Union (Wales)
• Bogdan Chmielewski, President and CEO, Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union (United States)
• Rafał Matusiak, President, National Association of Co-operative Savings and Credit Unions (NACSCU - Poland) and WOCCU Board Chair
