Odama video feature. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Odama for the Nintendo GameCube developed by Vivarium, Inc. and published by Nintendo.

What’s the weirdest game you’ve played today? Because it’s probably not as weird as Odama. This GameCube exclusive is a combination of pinball and strategy that takes place in ancient Japan—oh, and by the way, it’s voice-controlled. The pinball table is actually an ancient battlefield, and in addition to hitting the pinball, players must control and command their troops by issuing voice commands into the Nintendo GameCube microphone. It’s a bizarre and distinctly GameCube concept, even if the microphone isn’t terribly reliable. On a system loaded with unique and quirky games, few are more so than Odama. Odama is a single-player game.

This video feature features video gameplay footage of Odama for the Nintendo GameCube and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
